I have been running for quite some time. I was good. Not excellent but good. I had problems with my feet during longer races. Black toenails were regular and I considered them as a normal side effect. Several months ago I was suggested to buy different kind of running shoes. I followed their advice and man, was I in for a surprise! Not only that black toenails remained the thing of the past but my gait has changed. Is that possible?

I have been telling people for a long time: running shoes make a difference! I can’t stress this enough. You are a perfect example of that. Inappropriate running shoes can stand in your way of achieving top results. Not to mention black or fallen toenails. Your gait has changed. It is no surprise. You should check your average running time on particular distance. I bet that it is better than before. Way to go.
