You may be able to help me.

I exercise with weights and endurance at a gym for about 12 hours a week. Recently I thought I had a muscle strain near the clavicle. I took training a little easier until it felt a little less tender. Three weeks later while bench pressing 40lbs bar in a gym class my clavicle broke. All the signs point to a stress fracture due to the high amount exercise on my arms and chest though stress fractures of the clavicle are very rare.
In general my health is good and I have no health problems.
Does anybody have experience of stress fractures like this or is there more likely to be other more worrying factors.
