I've been having chronic pelvic pain, constant nausea, heartburn, back pain, dizziness. No period for more than a month. Ended twice in the ER, I am not pregnant since I've had three Beta test and two urine test. Two Endo-pelvic Sonograms to which I was told for the first one I had ovarian cysts, they gave me medications "for the pain and the cysts", but when I went to the ER the second time cause I was bleeding for three days, they tell me the medicine I was taking was for a urine infection instead of for the pain and cysts. The doctors there did a endopelvic sonogram after they did it i bleed a lot more, they said it was my period but that same day I stopped bleeding, the pain is constant and the thought it could be pancreatitis but all the test came out good. They gave me pain medication but it only gives me insomnia and I am still in pain. Don't know what to do anymore?  Been tired a lot eating a lot. Can't stand or sit for long periods of time. Headaches and short breath.
