I'm still a virgin but I've been horse riding since I was 5 and i'm now 18, there's a weird string of skin near the front of my vagina that stretches from one side to the other, i'm not sure if it's my hymen only part broken or some other weird bit that shouldn't be there. I am 15 and have gone to the doctor for my rate of growth (height) .75 in per yer on average and I was told that I have a low production rate of hormones in my body. Does that have anything to do with my still 3 inch penis???? Or do I just have to wait based on what others have said too??
