I am having pain with a tingling feeling in the left side of my head, arm, legs, and feet. Blood pressure just taken was 160/90. Woke up this morning with diarrhea and nausea. Some pain in left chest area around shoulder area. What does this all mean?

Can someone please tell me what can cause numbness in the head, feet, and hands? I have been to the doctor several times but he thinks it is anxiety. Does this ever go away? It is nearly a year now.

Numbness in feet and funny feelings? Toes feel numb, but not to the touch, just feel funny if not touching them, and can feel everything. Happens in bed barefoot, basically not with shoes on and walking. Any ideas?
