Odd discomfort in testicle, penis and urethra.

This is what worked for me. Shower every day and clean pennies/testicles with soap to prevent small infections in uretra. Drink 2 litres of water every day. That will certainly relieve those odd uncomfortable sensations. Cheers

I believe we will need antibiotics to solve this pain(s). Doxy didn't do the trick for me, but I have also been suffering from when my penis is limp, it's still hard in the base. If anyone understands what I mean. The penis should be soft in base, anywho Doxy solved that problem for me, but it has came back as my 7 day prescription is over. I also may think it could be Nongonococcal Urethitis (NGU). If that's the case than I've read that Prosta-Q is the solution. I'm going to have to make another appointment with my doctor and I guess come up with another antibiotic to try to fight this. I'm thinking Monoflox and Erythomycin. In the meantime if what "guest" said works for him I might as well do it. If anyone of you can't get any right answers from your doctors, there are labs that will test you for Urea and other NSU's , here is one it's alittle pricey but worth it if your out of other options.

Also just type in ureaplasma urealyticum in google and other labs pop up as well

 your urethra is where your urine comes put of. Your perineum is the area between your testicles and your anus :) 

im in month 7 similar symptoms got a ct scan on 1st feb and cyscopy and prostate massage under general anasthetic on 5th feb im scared of this anybody had this done yet?

im in month 4 now (see previous posts under roaster ) halfway through a course of doxycycline but doesn't seem to be doing much. I have been referred for exactly what you have and have a trams recital ultrasound scan on Thoth Feb. the urologist suspects a cyst on h ejaculatory duct and has also asked for a cystoscope and prostate massage. They can do hat they like as long as there's some light at th end of the tunnel

hi again had ct scan now and cystoscopy,prostate massage,not as bad as expected but 2 or 3 days painful urination after waiting for all results . it feels like a light pinch now on the gland sometimes it feels like its cold or warm water on it hard to describe but thats best i can at moment .it can go away for a couple of weeks at a time then return anybody same or any ideas to try next thankyou for reading karl.  ps let me know how you get on above poster

Thank god i found this site. i've had this for about 8 months now. symptoms changed through out the entirety of it. First it was just a pinching feeling in my penis for about 4 or 5 months. then it got itchy and sore inside my penis, and between my scrotum and rectum. Now, its just sore through out my penis, from the head, all the way down between my scrotum and rectum. my balls also ache sometimes as well. If i don't masturbate then my symptoms will ease up. and everytime i masturbate the symptoms increase then die down through out the days. been to urologist and he prescribed all types of antibiotics and stuck his finger wayyyy up my ass. he just said it was an inflamed prostate and that i have nothing to worry about. I'm 19 and i'm a virgin. I wash my penis every single day and have already gotten one of those scan things on my testicles to see if it was testicular cancer (which its not). I'm pretty sure its nothing serious and i don't think anyone should worry if its been happening for over a year. but sh*t, i'm not a doctor and i seriously just want my pee pee to get better, so that when i do get a girl, i'm not complaining about my penis hurting all the time. Suggest any tips or procedures that my urologist should do next time i see them. I'm going to a UW urologist because apparently they're the best in the state and when i talking to them on the phone was intense. aaaaallll kiiiindz of shtuff that i gotta do before i go in there.

I guess I feel somewhat better knowing I'm not alone in this. I've had lower disk pain in my back for a number of years now. Recently, past 2-3 months the pain has felt like its right at the base of my spine inside me. Can only describe it as pressure, feels like there is something up there that is pushing on other parts in my rectum. I've also experienced frequent urination, no problems at night, but having to go at least a couple of times per hour. I thought it was probably my prostate and have been taking supplements for that but with no improvement. Will see the doc tomorrow but nervous on what he might tell me. Keep me posted on what any of you find out.

Unfortunately i havethe same symphtoms described here for 2 month now,I think i got it after a hand jobfrom a nice lady, anyway after 2 days i started to feel itchy sensation in my urethra, and A week later the pain get to my perineum and testicle .Tested for all STD's (blood & urine &urine culture) allnegative.

My doctor gave me doxycilin fo 10 days ,azithromycine 1 gram and 2 gram flagyl (metronidazole) ,ciprofolxacine

With no relief at all >;)

Maybe it is stress related ?

I have had the exact same thing more or less, It feels like there's a little ball or something in my urethra, I'm going to the doctor tomorrow, but it makes me feel a lot better already reading some of these. I have been really stressed! I just wanted to say thanks for making me more at ease.

I was trying to explain it and use web md for symptoms. I thought it was a STD or somethign but I didn't match any off them. It isn't burning but feels like there is still some urine in it and I get random aches in my testies some times and my buttox doesn't hurt but it just get numb and uncomfortable when I'm sitting at work. Is this what you guys have?
