Odd discomfort in testicle, penis and urethra.

Hi all, any update on this? Anyone been tested for herpes hsv2?

To the hsv2 questions: I had the hsv1 hsv2 differential test. It came back negative for hsv1. I got a cold sore a while ago, but it never came back after the one time (85% people experience the same thing). I was panicking for so long that I had genital herpes. After talking to those who have it, you can rest assure that if you have hsv2, you will know it. Unlike a previous post suggests, you do not have to be showing signs in order to test positive. It is a virus that is always present.

That being said, I have experienced similar symptoms to many of the people on here. I had unprotected sex with a partner who was on the verge of their period (a dumb mistake on my part). sadly not the first mistake, but it is the last. I had the full spectrum blood and urine test and the only things the doctor noted was hsv1 and a slightly high blood-sugar level. Note: everything else was negative! No hsv2. I was checked by two different doctors and both said the same thing.

My symptoms are not constant (over the last 8 months). But the urethra pressures, the pinching feeling, and slight burning sensation. It changes through out the day and will lessen for a period of time. Recently I rationalized​ that they missed something (since my STI scare prompted a season of panic episodes). I recently was tested again and am awaiting the results. There has been a pressure between my testicles and anus (behind the left one). I believe this is stress induced tensions. Though I feel as if there are occasional twitches in my penis (similar to prostatitis). That can be a side effect of the stress and tensions in my pelvic region.


That being said, let's not freak people out that they have something they don't. Doctors can spot check it and tests will prove if you have it or not. I went through the STI/STD scare and it destroyed me for a while. I am still recovering from the panic. So far I do not know the causes of the burning, but I know what it is not: hsv2, hpv, ghonneria, siph, clap, hiv/aids, etc. I will be seeing a naturalpath after the doctor to see if there are other explanations.

Try acaclyvore i had the same sh*t i took that it hasnt gotten rid of it but does take away the discomfort i no your feelings trust me this did help me a day after i started it i bet everything the drs have given u hasnt touched it i went thru all that sh*t myself

I have this issue off and on. It's directly tied to testosterone (my case). Have your T levels checked.

I get the pinch at the tip and an odd feeling under penis where prostate is. Happens everytime I am lazy with my testim and start taking it again.

It's the prostate. I don't care if it's enlarged or not it's a messed up organ lol. Prostatis likely formed.

Cipro takes care of it for me.

You can get that feeling if T level is too high or low too.

I get the prostatis because when I ramp up the meds it screws w it. (So I was told). But the cipro gets rid of it every time for me.

I am a 27 year old male,
last month i had sex with a new girl, i normally have sex with the same people for long periods of time. The new girl showed me her tests results and everything was clean.
About a week later, i felt something off, a slight warm sensation in my urethra. Sudden jolts from the tip all the way down to the testicles. The warm sensation started turning to a burning sensation and i felt like when i peed my flow was weak, and it would be very hesitant. Some times i would smell a weird smell from the urine.
I toughed it for a week then went in and got a panel done, negative for sti's. I waited another week, after which point my kidneyes started hurting and burning sensation was of serious concern. It would wake me up at night and the only relief was squeezing the tip. I felt like i constantly had to pee even after urinating. My urethra was very sore, making masturbation a real challenge. I went from masturbating three-five times a day to once, if at all.

I went in to the urgent room, and they did a urethra swab, the tip of the swab has some sort of yellow goo on it, BUT all my new panels of STI's came up negative. They treated me for a normal sti, and gave me a z pack. I called the doctor back and told him that it helped but the symptoms came back, he ordered me docy for 10 days. During this time the symptoms completed dissipated.

2 days after

I feel like i have new syptoms now, I feel a heaviness behind my testicles the peritoneum, it feels tight and warm. Sometimes ill have a weird feeling in the rectum, I still have a slight warm feeling in the urethra, but the tip of the urethra feels open and exposed, and sometimes when i wake up the glands under the tip feel cold. It feels uncomfortable to masturbate still, but now i feel like my foreskin (i am uncircumcised) has a slight burning to it.

I am on day 4 after i finished my ten days of docy,

Today its not so bad, ill wait 10 days to see how this goes and ill schedule an appointment with a urologist. I just wish my balls did not feel, full, and the one on the right feels like it has some sort of pressure.

This has happened to me for a year now and it has slightly gotten better. I think I might be because of getting erections maybe ? I know for a fact about s year ago when this happend I masterbated Atleast once a day and I would get a tingling feeling inn my urethra and ball sacks. But after about a year or so I stopped master bating and it still happened to me. But one day I decided I wasn't going to get a erection and I didn't and it did not bother me. I went about 4 days with out discomfort until I got erections again. So i don't know if it's because of the nervs or something like that but I would only assume it's from getting erections. One thing that worries me though is that usually males will get erections in the morning so idk if that's what triggers it or something. Btw I am 17 And a male

Its your prostate.....its probably enlarged....get it checked

I had this for years before finally seeing a pelvic physiotherapist. And it's working. Doctors call anything in that area "prostatitis" and prescribe meds that do nothing. It's a tightening of the muscles from stress and sitting too much. Once the muscles get stretched back out theres less tightness on your prostate and nerves from the muscles (i think this is why symptoms are identical to bacterial prostate infection). I recommend pelvic physiotherapy. Its relatively new for men, thats why you dont see it posted much.

I just started noticing this myself im 29 and it's been going on for like a month was too scared to ask any questions but after vast searches on the Internet that lead to multiple outcomes I have no clue what I'm searching for but he explained it like I was trying to explain it in searches several different ways. And like he said it seems more fluent when masturbating a lot slightly painful but not intolerable and does come and go. Have tall found anything out yet??

Guys u all are facing pudendal neuralgia...it's very hard to find...very few doctor may find it
