i'm coming back on here to post after not posting for five months.  its pretty cool, i just saw that i got two people that thanked me and four thumbs up last time.  

i have another tip for you guys, try a product called prostate formula from a company called urinozinc.  i found it in my local shoprite.  and if u look on their site, urozinc also has a product with beta sitosterol in it.  i talked with my doctor about taking them, he said it couldnt hurt.  you guys should ask your doctors about them to make sure its alright, they may tell you its a waste of time because they are supplements, not prescription medicine.  next i want to try two other things on amazon, one is called TruNature Prostate Health Complex, the other is New Chapter Prostate 5LX. 

i'm trying these things even though doctors have told me i dont have any prostate or prostatitis problems, but i've done a lot of reading about prostatitis.  

 

 

Seeing a professional is great advice but if you're waiting for an appointment, I'd recommend you start taking a harmless natural prostate supplement like Super Beta Prostate. If you begin to feel better, at least you can tell the doctor that this is working for you and the problem was probably prostate related. I know these symptoms can be frustrating but hang in there and let the beta-sitosterol and other minerals in Super Beta Prostate take effect.

I'm glad to find this post. Been going crazy the last 4+ months. Started with small bump on head of penis, raw skin pain on groin and anus, and testicular pain coupled with what felt like a small rock up inside somewhere.  Got ultrasound ( possible Hydrocele ) but showed nothing. Herpes test but getting conflicting answers from several doctors. Looks like I might have Herpes 2 from a relationship from 7 years ago I guess. But, these symptoms that I have, that are similar to the other posts, don't follow normal Herpes signs. Been on Cipro ( antibiotic) twice, and Acyclovir ( herpes med) but it still doesn't seem to do much. Symptoms seem to increase when I get tired, which is very often. At this point I don't trust that the Doctors we all are seeing have the time, or the imagination to figure this out. I bet Dr. Oz would. We don't get that kind of talent in our pool of doctors. Along with the rest of you, I'm wearing out and getting very down. Don't even feel like I can masterbate without aggravating the problem. I'm single and 57 years old and don't have a wife or girlfriend anyway, so no sex regardless, so self pleasure is all I've got going right now..... Or I did.  I'll continue to check this page and post if I learn anything.  Hang in there guys. 

Guys- my brother is experiencing the same thing and I recall my x had similar issues. Take Saw Palmetto as it helps the prostate and practice tightening your muscles (in your nether regions). Worrying also makes everything worse.

I have been having similar symptoms for three years now.  My right testicle is now higher (un-descended) from my left and that was not the case prior to these symptoms.  I have been treated at the VA with numerous medication of which none has worked to clear the symptoms.  Most recently I had a uroflow test, which showed my flow strength was weak.  After numerous ultra-sounds, they determined there is a some scarring and the cause is a hernia.  I am scheduled for a consult with the surgeon next week.  To me, the problems does not seem to be a hernia as the pain is in my testicle and there is an itching sensation and a sting or jolting pain in the tip of my urethra, at various times.  The latest urologist told me that could be due to hernia causing my nerves around it to jolt.  He said the urine smell that was not previously there could be due to tissue in the urine seeping in from the herniated area.

I am afraid they are mistaken in their diagnosis and a surgery will not alleviate the problem.  They have also offered injections for pain in the area every 6-9 months.  To date, I have been bearing the constant pain with no relief... I do wish there was a more definitive answer.

I am scheduled for hernia surgery on December 23 and will update the results following my 6-8 week recovery or sooner. I hope the surgery brings me back to my old self.

Have any of you found a cause? My boyfriend has symptoms like this?

I am 30 years old. Married and do not sleep around so no std scares but have had the same symptoms for 2 months now. Been On antibiotics from dr and still no help. Really frustrating but glad to know I'm not alone. Any diagnosis that anyone receives or relief remedies please share! My wife says its all in my head because some says I feel fine. Help!!!!!

please help me with this. I dont feel as if i can live my life normally anymore im so scared of what it could be and I just dont know what to do with myself. 

 

I had a scan which showed a cyst but i may have had that for a long time before this happend. please please someone get back to me i really dont know what to do with myself anymore i am so depressed :(

To the previous poster. Hang in there man. I have had constant burning and discomfort down there for the last 6 years. It did get better for a while but the more I think about it the worse it gets. It seems to be a lot worse when I have bad gas, which is often. Im starting to wonder if I have an intolerance to something because I pass gas like 40 times a day sometimes lol. Ive had many many tests done. A lot of people say it is stress related. I have also had ibs and a 24-7 headache for the last 7 years every day of my life. Do you experience a constant burning pain in your urethra and prostate? Doctors have ruled out infection? You are not alone many men suffer from this.  I didnt even have sex for 2 years becsuse I thought I had an std. Hang in there it will get better.

 

My Diagonis and approach,

after experiencing the same things and after failing my doctor, I decided to do some research on my own and thus i reached this blog. its unbelievable how so many people here are experiencing it all the same.The most noticeable thing is that nobody knows how to really'describe'it but we all know that this is what it precisely is.

to begin, i need a few questions answered about all of you,

1)are we all regular and frequent drinkers?

2)do we all mostly order food from outside and then eat?

3)do we all have irregular diet timings?

4)are we all mostly keeping our laptop over abdomen while lying down on bed??(I m suspecting that the heating fan in our laptop has affected our intestines and private areas,will elaborate later)

5)Have you all also experienced an increase in your stomach size leading to a feeling that your intestines have swollen?

Will apreciate your answers, this will lead me to a faster conclusion as Iamsure it's not any bacteria and stuff. It's not even oxi-toxin injected vegetables or adulterated food that I had initially thought it was. I can conclude that it is the heat and radiations emitted from my laptop that has creatde this disorder in my urinary bladder and abdominal intestines thus leading to these problems.

But I m also open to the fact that my irregular diet timing mixed with my daily drinking is causing it all because my liver and kidneys are not getting any time to process these drinks and gas,my intestines are overloaded with work as I don't exercise, just earn money online and eat and drink, it could easily be that indiscpline ,letsfindout
