Well lately I've been experiencing sleep paralysis starting in June 06. The thing about it, is when I experience it. It feels like im falling down in a bottomless pit. I also notice teeth clentch at times. Im able to keep calm now though, since I know im not really falling. But it feels pretty real, darkness all around and cold air. Is this normal for sleep paralysis, or do I have some sort of other disorder?

Good day.

A lot of people believed that they are crazy when they face the sleep paralysis. After that, a lot of them are scared to go to sleep again.

My friend had really serious problems because of this. It was somehow connected to temporary paralysis according to all doctors that she has visited, but she was scared to go back to sleep because whenever she woke up she had this feeling like she woke up dead. That is why she had nightmares and that is all connected.

It can be bad because you can also have hallucinations that can make you lose your mind :/
