within the last two days i have had a rash show up around my genital area. it started as a pain on the bottom of my scrotum and it was bright red. it has now spread and the entire area around my penis above and to the sides going out about 2 inches is bright red. it itches on the sides next to my scrotum the worst. there are red spots on my penis and the bottom side of the penis seems to be slightly swollen. the medical place here said that i just need to clean it real well and it will go away. it just seems to be getting worse to me. there is no unordinary discharge. i am sexually active and the last time i did it was about 12 hours before it got really bad. my girlfriend commented saying it looks like you have bad razor burn. can someone please help me cause the medical people here arent very good
