I woke up this morning and I found a rash on my balls//penis. I don't think its a std. It itches on the part on my ball sack, but on the rash that goes straight up almost to the head doesn't it feels like sandpaper was taken to it and it hurts when i touch it. If anyone has the same symptoms please respond quickly if you could. Thank you
