One day period? what does this mean?

My period only came one day and still not here the only thing I got was cramps and diarrhea like crazy I took a test but got not pregnant what should I do , I have always had unprotected sex with my husband.

Yours wasnt a period its called implantation bleeding it can sometimes be easily confused by a period especially if they are every light here are a couple of step that may help find out whether it was a period or implantion bleeding:) hope this helps:) http://www.wikihow.com/Recognize-Implantation-Bleeding

If there is brown discharge then you possibly could have a vaginal infection. After I had my first son and the depo-shot i've had irregular bleeding, but when I asked they told me i had a vaginal infection, which they found out cuz of the briwn discharge. After taking antibiotics i was ok, but got rhe infection again, and again my periods are irregular, even lasting for an hour :|

This is happening to me for the past four months my period has been coming on one day a month lasting less than twenty four hours. i have mood swings my lower back is always hurting my feet swell i have dizziness and nausea a lot. i have taken four test and they all say neg is it my body not responding to the test or is it something seriously wrong wit me PLEASE HELP

The other day I only had my period from Monday until Tuesday I used a tampon straight away but I was on light an after that my period had stopped after on day this isn't normal for me as my periods always last 5-7 days I'm 15 an always have protected sex. I had the same thing. I had unprotected sex about 2 weeks ago, and took the morning after pill. But then after not having had my period for 5 months i got it for one day, i am very worried that i might be pregnant? I dont have any of the other symptoms but i just have this awful feeling that i am.

I've been having the same issue except, I bleed for a day, then nothing for several days. Then I bleed again for 2 days. I asked my gyno and she told me that's just my cycle now.
