Just the same I have been bleeding for a year now. The first few months were so weird because I had blood cloth bigger than a golf ball. The OB's diagnosis was thickening of the uteral wall. But as months passes it still didn't stop the blood clots became a little bit smaller though. There's no pain and the test shows no pollip, no cyst, no nothing. . . still they can't explain the bleeding. I would appreciate if anyone can enlighten me with my situation.

My goodness - I had no idea there was other women out there experiencing the same thing. Going on my second month of bleeding. Been bleeding and bloating since Xmas. The Dr suggested a Mirena but due to the side effect of weight gain - I dont need any further assistance with the weight gain. I'm also on tranexamic acid which has lightened the flow and clots (wooo) and the oral depo provera which has done nothing. Taking zinc, magnesium, iron, b6 and still no better. I have done my ultrasounds & blood tests and nothing abnormal showed up. Suppose the only winner out of this is the sanitary pad manufacturers.I'd like to know how you all cope with everyday life?? I know I cope and manage but for once, I would love to stop carrying these damn pads around with me everywhere I go.

I'm 24 years old and all of this started when I was 15. I had my period the first time and then did not have it for almost two years. When I was almost 17 I started bleeding again and bled for over a year (some days it was just spotting). When I was 17 I had horrible cramps one day and went to the emergency room. I went to many doctors and they did an ultrasound and a pap smear and everything was normal. They called it Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, which I have come to understand is what they call it when they really don't know what is going on or how to fix it. I've been on many birth control pills and they controlled the bleding for the most part, but I stopped taking them because they made me gain a lot of weight and I felt like I was becoming more unhealthy than when I started those damn things. I've been bleeding for 6 months straight now and my period is heavy with large clots. I just want everyone to know that whatever the hell this is, we will get through this.

I woke up one day and started bleeding and bled for over a year, I went to 17 doctors and started thinking it was never going to end. Finally a doctor put me on bc for 3 weeks, having me skip the forth week that would cause a period-for 6 months. At times I was taking up to 3 bc a day. The bleeding decreased but never went away. Then he went in and did a dnc and the bleeding finally stopped but now I have a irregular period. I don't know from month to month if I'm going to get a period or not.
I completely understand why your wife feels you would cheat because at the time I was dating and later found out that the man I was seeing actually cheated on me. He told me later he was frustrated with all the bleeding and the fact that we couldn't have a normal sex life. It ripped my heart out and our relationship was never the same. I would ask him if he would cheat and he always said no, he loved me. He just didn't love me enough.
I wish you and your wife the best and hope you find out what is causing this issue.

I also have been experiencing constant bleeding for over a year. It was ongoing for a year and the doctors ran blood tests multiple times as well as ultrasounds and everything was normal. I feel dizzy and very weak at times, and I try to take iron pills and supplements along with healthy food and nothing is changing it. I am a little overweight and I am very desperately trying to lose weight, but whenever I exercise I start to have cramps and bleed even worse. It makes me feel incredibly weak. I do very light exercise and I do push myself a little, but not much because I can't. I just want it to end! It's making me miserable. I find it hard to stand for long periods and the pain is really bad at times.

I am 24 years old and i started going through this at age 11. My periods have always been abnormal (bleed for a month then have no period for 2 or 3 months) my doctor told me i have a hormonal imbalance and put me on birth control at age 15 and everything was fine until i lost my insurance December 2011 and have bled consistently for a year and a half. I had ad and c 4 months ago and was told i had endometrial hyperplasia....i used progesterone for 3 months and then started spotting again. My doctor did a biopsy and everything came back normal so he put me back on the pill...i Took up to 3 a day and i am bleeding out of control again. This time the pain is so bad i can't even stand up...can barely walk. I am scheduled for another d and c but i have no idea why this is still on going...no mediation is working...all my tests are clear...and it won't stop. I would gladly choose a hysterectomy at this point but being 24 with no kids...he told me that's not even an option at this point.
