First of all, whether or not your boyfriend would experience those side effects depend on the the type of medication (names?). Secondly if your "not hot" and in lingerie, then it might not turn him on. Thirdly, why would it even be remotely important that your turned on and 20? Anyway in response to the original posting you should be alright just practice good hygeine. If your that concerned then I would suggest seeking the advice of a professional because evidently quality advice can't always be achieved through the internet.
