I am also newly diabetic and having this issue, it had presented itself years before the diabetes diagnosis but the leakage without sensation or wet farts is new and mortifying. Just cancelled on a vacation a friend offered to pay for because a bus ride and potentially damaging their couch was too much to bear. I'd love to know what to do. Sogsr it seems to happen when my sugars are high but....
