I'm 14 and almost 95 kg I feel very uncomfortable and really need to lose weight in exactly 27 days ? And quick tips?without exercise.

There are no safe quick ways to lose weight.  Cut out snacks, limit what you eat, limit sugary drinks.  Exercise - even just walking is a help.  Turn off the TV, the XBox, get off the phone - in short you need to get moving.

You do need nutrition so eat well balanced meals.  Don't skip breakfast either.  It helps jump start your metabolism.

It's true that people quite fell uncomfirtable as they gain weight. So to maintain body posture firm and effective, try to loose weight quickly by tking healthy and proper diet.
