hai,i have bleeding in midst of my menstrual cycle[28 days},which is suppose to be my ovulating phase. we are trying for pregnancy. i am afraid,that due to this bleeding , i may miss my sexual intercourse during my ovulation day. what can i do? should we have sex, or its a sign of implanting.

Bleeding can be signs of implantation or sign of early miscarriage. Continue to have sex during this time it will do no harm.

If it is true mid-cycle ovulation bleed, it can be due to the small amount of blood released from the ovary when the egg is released. It is therefore a very good marker of egg release and so you not only can have sex, you should! It's probably your most fertile day.

thank u so much. But the bleeding is continuing for the third day as far today. its not very high, but very little stain. i dont have pain . i am afraid, wat should i do? i dont have elders with me to guide. i and my husband are alone. and afraid , seeing these out comes.

dr john, my last period was normal, but delayed for ten days . LMP was on 24th of April. now, this month, i had this spotting on 11th till date it remains. we had HCG and TFT. HCG shows 0.127. TFT, seems to be normal. Its, been 7 months we got married, awaiting for a kid. I am obese. so, worried abt, wats happening with in me. if i get a clear picture of wats, happening, and what all should i do, i will be happy in deed.

That's interesting. 11th May is the date that your period would have been expected, if you had not been 10 days late last month. I wonder if maybe you had a pregnancy that failed to progress last month, and you are now getting back to your normal cycle. Either way, tthis sounds like hormonal fluctuation rather than anything seriously wrong internally

I had a miscarriage last March.After waiting for 6 months we started trying for babies again,but till today nothing happened.I had my Last period On 6th of March.now from ,22nd of March I have been noticing very light bleeding.After my period, I had sex with my husband and actually was waiting for 22,23,24 of March to have sex as my ovulation time.now it's like bleeding.very upsetting.what shall I do?

Hi! My LMP was March 29 to April 5 which lasted for 8days. It was new to me that I never had a heavy flow. It was all light to almost medium flow. Then had ovulation day on the 13th. Early morning of 14th I had light spotting which colored light pink to brown. Until after we had sex shows some light blood. Was this a sign of pregnancy or just the ovulation spotting? BTW, I had miscarriage last Dec 2016 and really trying conceive again.

I have pcod for which i took treatment and now m trying to convince. When my periods are over in 7 days we had regular sexual intercourse but after 5th day it started bleeding again with blood clots ...im afraid because i may miss my sexual intercourse during my ovulation day.
