i use to masturbate twice on the average, every 2days. some times i go for the 3rd, but then when i do, the tip of my penis hurts. i am a 21 yr old virgin, so i dont think it has to do with any STD's.
With time, this even became worse, now even if i masturbate once, it doesnt hurt immediately, until when i go to sleep. i feel pain and unusual erection hours after the mastubation when am asleep. sometimes. when i pee, the erection goes away and eventualy, the pain. but now even when i pee, it doesnt go down.
Can someone tell me whats wrong?

You may have a minor irritation in the meatus, or opening of the urethra in the head of the penis.
Does it hurt to urinate?
Does the pain occur at any other time?
Do you have intercourse? Is it present then? What if you wear a condom?
Are you using a lube or using soap? Soap will almost always cause an irritation.

it doesnt hurt when i urinate,
i dont feel any more pain when i wake up, only when am asleep thats hrs after i masturbated.
i have never had sex. am still a virgin.
and no i dont use soap, i use my bear hands most often and vaseline sometimes.
so what do you think is wrong.
