Pain during sex

For about a year now I have been getting a pain when me and my boyfriend have sex. It use to not be every time, but it has gotten more recent and is every single time now. It is doesn't matter how deep he goes, other than when he does hit the cervix it becomes extreme. I have even had some bleeding and swelling afterwards. Lubrication doesn't seem to be an issue, but it becomes a burning sensation, and even from time feels almost like a popping feeling. And afterwards I still feel the pain for about 10 minutes or so. Every once in awhile, not often when walking or anything really I will get a sharp pain in a side, close to where an ovary is and it has even made me dubble over. I am only 20 years old and I have never had this issue before a year ago. At first I thought maybe it was stress but I am beginning to think that it is more severe than just that. I have been on various birth control pills since I was 14 for a period that lasted for 5 months straight, I have not seen a link to this online but I figure the more I can give the better. If anyone has any ideas or have been through this I would greatly appreciate your help. Thanks!
