I'm a 14 year old, fit guy. I have a pain on the side of my body around the appendix area. It hurts when I stand up, when I sent up after waking up, and sometimes keeps me from sleeping. Up to now, the pain would come and go, but now it continues to bother me 24/7. I refuse to believe that I have appendicitis, but I've run out of diagnosis. Help!

I'm 15 and i have experiened this before but itwent away, so i didn't think anything of it. But it has come back now and it is painful. It keeps me up at night, it hurts when i walk. When i stand up, and in the morning when i wake up i discovered that it could be appendicitis or an intestinal infection. The symtoms for both are nausea, loss of appitite, vomiting, and diarrea. Intestinal infections are normally caused by bacteria or inflamation. I can't figure it out. The pain isn't none stop, but it's pretty bad. Guess i'm off to the doctors!
