Hi, I am a 38 yr. old man and here recently I have noticed a sometimes rather sharp pain in my right Groin area. It is located from below my right tesicle and runs right up between my sack and leg. It works it's way up and around my right hip. Now I know I have no STD'S. I have had no fevers, urinary problems, or any other type of pains or infections. This pains comes on and stays around for about 2-3 days. It don't have any certain reason to come on, it just happens. I have noticed that from time to time, when I get arroused or get a full errection the pain will worsen. It does not hurt to ejaculate or urinate. Just will hurt more in all the areas listed above when this hapens. I was just hoping if some one could help shed some light on this, and help me understand what may be happening? Could some one please help?

Thanx!!!!

My boyfriend had similar problems. He is a football player and he had strained a muscles or something once which resulted in extreme groin pain. He didn’t do anything about it and let it heal. However, the problem did not go away but it turned into a chronic groin and hip pain.

When he complained to his coach, he went for an ultrasound and had to undergo physiotherapy to have this fixed.

You should also see a doctor and check if you haven’t developed hernia by any chance. If hernia develops in the lower abdomen, it may hurt in the groins as well.
