Pain on right side during and after ovulation now lactating and had tubal ligation 8 years ago

I have been having painful ovulation on my right side for years but this month it was VERY painful and I seemed to have more clear discarge that normal. My breasts always get sore and hard before my cycle and it stops the day my cycle begins. My cycle was normal for june but I am not sure exactually what date I am due for july because I do not keep track. I usually get it the last week of the month. This month my breasts became soft and sore mostly around the nipple areolia area with ovulation and that is new. Now I am lactating and still have dull pain on my right side low pelvic pain with a sharp pain now and again that goes up around the hip. I had my tubal ligation (cut and burned) 8 years ago after the birth of my 4th son in 2001. I get my hormone blood test results tomorrow and I go for a mammogram/ultra sound of the breasts plus an internal and external pelvic ultra sound on Mon. Has anyone had this happen to them? Could it be a tubal pregnancy and would a hpt show if I am? The blood work did not include a pregnancy test? Starting to get concerned and very confused after reading everyones posts. My family doc said the lactation could be a sign of a putitory tumor but it does not add up because I had a normal cycle and have had no problems with my cycle in the past.
