The foreskin around my penis is tight. I have read all over about it, but I would like some more help. At first I couldn't get the skin over the head soft or hard and I was really sensitive. But after moving it back and forth in the shower over a few months I can now move it pretty much freely when I want, and I'm less sensitive. But I still have a problem while erect. Once the skin goes behind the head it's stuck there. It hurts at first but after awhile it doesn't. But when I ejaculate the pain comes back and it hurts behind the gland where the foreskin is sitting. It's extremely tight and once a drop of blood came out of the head near the opening of the head. Also the head is much bigger with the skin pulled back but the pain is something I don't want. Any advice?

From your description you need to keep working on it. It should not be getting stuck behind the head. The pain you feel when you ejaculate may be because the head swells as you ejaculate and it pulls the skin, causing the pain.
I'm not sure what caused the blood. You may have torn something or did it come from the urethra?
Keep on working on loosening up the foreskin. It should take care of what you described.
