I take 20 mg of adderall in the morning and 20 mg in the afternoon, My cardiologist prescribes it to me to boost my adrenalin because I suffer from a rare heart disease that causes me my heart to stop randomly and me to black out, then just starts on its own. It has helped I must say, decreased from 2-3 times a day to maybe 3 times a week.

However I have noticed since upping the dosage bu only 10 MG over the last we weeks these have been coming more and more, is peroxide and Salt the really best treatment? because I don't want to stop taking the adderall if it keeps me from blacking out!

Oh yes and like a previous user I black out and fall lots and thought it was from that biting my lips, cheeks and tongue is common place, I thought that these were a result of that

Took 20mg of Adderall for the first time cramming for a final, about 24 hours later i was experiencing these symptoms at first i just ignored it figuring i just bit my tounge but im going to try peroxide

It could be oral thrush.. thats what i had.. i went to the doctor and got a liquid medication and it went away in like 2 weeks

These could all be Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease (HFM), caused by Coxsackievirus. It is most common in children under 10, but can definitely be contracted by adults (I just got it from my 20 month hold daughter). Her symptoms included mouth sores and decreased appetite. Mine is similar to burning mouth syndrome. My husband has the worst flu-like symptoms and fatigue he has ever had. Unfortunately, if it is HFM, there is no treatment for the actual virus, only for helping symptoms. Hope this helps!

I have the same thing the first time they show up on the tip of my tongue like burning and then now they r like sores on tip tongue and the left side.. They show up like white patches and then they become red or yellow sores.
Can u plz tell me what is it if u get them checked by a dr? I'm very scared to be something serious

Could be hand foot and mouth disease--it was a big issue on my college campus at the beginning of the year and tons of my friends got it. See your primary care physician and look it up. It should go away though. Be aware it is a process for recovery and indeed very painful.

Well that Makes sense, every time I take my dexamphetamines I get these painful white lumps on tip of tongue. No other time does this happen . So it's overstimulation !!
