I had a BAD pimple on my chin and it swelled up real bad and started to hurt..the pimple is going away now but i can press down on my chin and it feels like there is something hard in there. and my bottem teeth started to ache so i pulled down my lower lip and felt around and there is a PAINFUL lump right under my teeth, and its under the skin. its hard and not quite as big as a marble. can anyone tell me what this is? im worried it might be mouth cancer because i dip :/
