Painful Penis cuts during intercourse..

I am a 28 yr old man married for over a year. We always enjoyed a good sex life. But off late i find out that during sex i am having cuts on my foreskin of the penis. Initially i igonred it and used an anti fungal cream. But its a month now .. every time i try to penetrate the skin gets a cut and its even painful if i try to forcefully penetrate. I even took a weeks break between having sex.

I retract the foreskin and clean my penis everyday. After a cut takes place a gap of couple of days heals it. But if i try for intercourse there is a new cut that takes place and i have to stop immediately as its painful leaving both of us frustrated.

Now i am starting to feel a bit nervous about this as its hampering our sex life.

Can any one suggest me how to cure this problem.
