Honestly I'm at my wits end. Around 7 months ago me and my boyfriend were having sex like normal but for some reason it felt a bit sore, I didn't think much of it and figured it was just a little dry. 2 Days later we did again and it hurt more, enough that we couldn't finish. After that I figured it was some kind of infection and went to my doctor. She thought I was a bacterial infection and put me on antibiotics since I'd also noticed that if I hadn't drank enough water it would hurt a little to pee (like a super mild UTI). And she also took a swab. Once I went on it I found that my discharge increased dramatically from the usual. I went to a walk-in doctor and explained; she had a look down there said it looked irritated and said it was probably a yeast infection, she took a swab as well. The results of both came back around the same time and each confirmed that it was yeast even though it wasn't itchy unless I let my hair grow out. I tried everything. Cotton undies, unscented soap, I got off birth control, I used Monistat and Canesten, plain yogurt, I tried several different doses of mylan-fluconazole as much as 150mg every 3 days. Nothing helped the pain. The cervix feels fine its just the inner skin on the walls feels sore and painful when rubbed against. Tampons aren't too bad but anything larger is painful. I got a few more swabs done and apparently there's no yeast anymore and I've been treated for bacterial std's and that hasn't helped either. I don't know what to do. I've only had one partner and he's only been with me and we haven't had sex this whole time. I just don't know what's wrong. I also don't think I have endometriosis because when I was one birth control my cramps didn't worsen or improve. Please someone help me. It's been so long and not even my OBGYN knows what's wrong. My symptoms aren't improving and I feel so hopeless, like it will never go away and that maybe it's all in my head.
