Acute bacterial prostatitis is not common type of prostatitis. Symptoms are: painful urination or ejaculation, fever or to be precise pain in the lower back and genital region, the testicles, penis and the area between the scrotum and anus. Usually a bacterium such as Klebsiella or Escherichia causes the prostatitis. This type demands proper treatment and I am sure that your doctor will provide it for you.
