I've been to the doctor and had a digital exam and it didn't seem enlarged. I've tried antibiotics with no results. Recently I had a cystscopy(I believe it is called) and my urethra is clear.
Is it possible my bladder or prostate is damaged? Is there a medical term for this? What is the way to diagnose this?If so is there a cure? Any help would be appreciated.

Some patients said that after cystoscopy, their penis will be more or less painful for a period of time, some even have about 1 to 2 weeks of frequent urination urgency, penile pain symptoms, if the patient during this period has frequent stimulation of the penis or sensitive parts, or eat some spicy food, and drink alcohol, these habits are not conducive to urethritis and prostatitis.
According to your description, I think it may be chronic aseptic prostatitis, because your urine analysis and cystoscopy did not find anything, but you have symptoms of urinary pain after ejaculation, general antibiotics will produce resistance after a period of time, when the patient's own immunity is also damaged, leading to complications.
I'm not a doctor, I just give you some insignificant references. You'd better communicate with your doctor regularly and review regularly.
