I’ve been having stomach problems for years and when I finally got to gastroenterologist and did all the tests, it turned out I have gastroparesis. Even though I was feeling the nausea and pain before I was diagnosed, now that I’m carefully watching what I’m eating and am at least free of constant nausea, for the last few months I’ve been having pain in almost every bone I have in my body. Also, the pain is followed with migraine-like headache. My GI doctor doesn’t think this is related to gastroparesis, but all info I found online seems to tell exactly the opposite. And it makes sense, because people are saying that the pain is caused by vitamin deficiencies. I don’t know what to do next – finding a different GI doctor isn’t covered by my insurance since I’d have to go to different state.
