What can I do to loose weight I am feeling very depressed and do not know which way to turn my blood pressure is vey high and the specialist will not increase my thyroxin from 25mg I have put on over 2 stone and when weighed last week have gained another 4 kilo can any one help I feel so down and do not know what to do can any one please give me help thankyou
