I think I might be getting these, but I'm not completely sure. A few weeks ago, I noticed tiny red dots that were in messy kind-of rows around the head of my penis, in the same area where ppp appear. yes guys i have been living with this affliction for many years and sometimes i become obsessed by these things and sometimes i try to push them to the back of my mind but they are always there to remind me but overall i'm really unhappy having these things in my life, once when i younger i tried to remove them myself with a topical wart removal paint and that didn't help at all.... all i got was a really sore penis. i live in sydney australia and have decided to have them removed by co2 laser so if anyone out there can recommend a surgeon here in australia that does this treatment i would throw myself on his/her doorstep and beg. don't care about the money side of things cause i would starve myself in order to save the money to have this done....

i also have ppp and ill tell you this if u are surcomsize just keep is really dry..dont forget your penis produces wet tooth pastes helps to keep it dry but it takes a long period of time for it to completely disappear i say 3 month because it has to be completely gone or it will come back but if u are unsurcomsize tooth paste is not recommend because once the over skins covers the toothpaste it becomes moist again. i suggest u some how keep it from closing. all the product ppl tell you like tooth paste wart remover its basicly the same its to help keep it dry

just reviewed the posts in this thread and Im glad to hear that Im not alone. I just left grad school started working this year and now that I have my own health insurance went to the doc to have these things looked at. Thought I would share some information. yes they are usually sensitive, they do get less pronounced with age, toothpaste isn't a permanant solution (it irritates the skin and causes minor inflammation of the surrounding skin which gives the illusion of making the paps smaller). It is not an infection its genetically similar to a birthmark or a mole. You should probably have them before puberty. It you don't then you may have a different condition called balanitis. These are much more red and usually related to a fungal infection. Keeping it clean an dry is uaually the resolution. Dryness will not help the palps. Treatment seems to either deal with it (possibly learn some sort of story or joke to diffuse those awkard situations) or get the CO2. Im searching for the latter stateside
I feel for the high schoolers and those without a disposable income here. All through college my sex life got tricky when it came to explaning these. The skanks might notice but there skanks. If you like the girl or guy or whoever, you could probably explain it in 5 seconds. If its worth it I would. If not, just put your glove on b4 they notice. I also should say that it affects all races. Im african american and un-circumcised so they stand out. The procedures are still considered cosmetic, so again I feel bad for the kids, but insurance wont foot the bills.

the reason this happens is because the penis gets hot under the skin and its moist. thats why the whole toothpaste remedy is being used. the best thing 2 do if ur not filthy rich is to get circumcised.
