the reply before me says to retract your foreskin ... I don't have a foreskin because I'm circumcised since I'm Muslim .. and I'm 16 years old !

I think it has to do something with the masturbation .. because lately I've masturbated more than usual .

Is there any way you can look at it to see how it's getting split up like that? Put a mirror on the back of the toilet or something? There must be some way your opening is distorted or you have two openings. Some circumcisers like to slice the opening as their signature of being there or something. If so it may have healed funny.

Sounding and tongue drilling into your piss slit will make the opening wider and cause more than one piss stream too. Opening your piss slit by hand pulling on both sides of your penis head to stretch the opening to wide open and then release it to close just before you start pissing can help make it just one piss stream again. Otherwise just get really close to urinals and aim extra good into toilets when you piss.
