After having unprotected sex with my girlfriend the next day i had an itchy sensation on my foreskin (i'm uncircumcised) the day after that i had a penile discharge i went to the doctor immediately and got tested for everything the doctor gave me a shot in the butt and two different types of pills to take both were only a single dose; a week past and they called with the test results and all were negative. I went back because i was still having the same problems and the doctor took a urine sample and told me that i might have a prostate infection. I also have diarrhea or loose, liquid like poop but it has just recently kind of stopped. I am 20yrs old turning 21 in a couple of months. I clean my penis regularly and masturbate on occasion can someone please help me

Hi,

It's hard to second guess the doctor that is treating you. So far it seems that he thinks you've had an infection and treated you with antibiotics. That is normal.

Describe the discharge? Was there any rash associated with the itch?

Did he say what you were getting the shots for?

The diarrhea may/may not be related.

I don't really remember if i had a rash my foreskin looked kind of swollen and burned or stung when touched they tested me for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Herpes, Syphillis, HIV, and something that started with a T that she said could've come from chlamydia, she said they could treat me for everything bacterial but nothing for the virus related STDs until my results came back

Was it trichomoniasis? It is common too. You can get an itch and burning from it.

I can almost guarantee that they gave you antibiotics, just in case these are bacterial in nature. Viruses can't really be cured only the symptoms controlled. Wait and see on that.

Antibiotics can give you diarrhea.

Hope it helps, keep us posted.
