Hi. About three days ago my foreskin became swollen and shortly afterwards I started to experience extreme pain when urinating. About 10 days ago my condom came off while having sex and I am afraid of a possible STD. There is also an occasional tingle on the tip of my penis. Could it be an STD? What else could it be? I am twenty years old and in good health otherwise.
