So, I'm 13 years old and remember having an operation on my penis when I was 6, my foreskin wasn't completely gone, just the tip. Somewhere like a week ago, the foreskin wouldn't go completely over my penis anymore and just go down everytime I try to do it. Is there any change in the color of your penis from it being swollen?
Maybe stopping masturbating for a few days will help.
It would probably be best to tell your parents and have them take you to see your doctor just to make sure you find out why it is swollen.
