Ok so hi I'm around the age of 18 and recently like a week ago my penile shaft had started to swell up along with pain onto the left of the shaft and about 3 or 4 days ago, I had discovered it started to ooze out what I guess to be sperm and it appeared to be a darkish brown, as for the foreskin, I am unable to retract it to the point of where the tip of my penis is but seems normal all except for the tip which is swollen quite a bit like A pair of lips I guess and so I am wondering what could be the cause of this as well as if this is to be worried about like If would need medical attention or would constant rest and cleaning the general area work as in a shower?

I Haven't seen a doctor about this issue because as of now it doesn't hurt but whenever I feel some pain, I'm guessing Semen comes out thats dark brown

You should not ooze sperm, precum maybe, but it could also be pus, from an infection. Brown indicates that there is blood in it.
Is the foreskin tight and restricting circulation?
See your doctor, ASAP. If it is an infection it can spread and cause other problems such as epididymitis and prostatitis.

Not Normally because I'm able to pull the foreskin as fast as its able to before but since the swelling of the tip, I'm unable to get the foreskin past the tip and I've tried but I made it with caution and going slowly I was able to retract it to the point where the head of my penis shows but any further, It probably would have hurt and I wasn't able to retract it further anyway

See your doctor to find out what the discharge is. It could be an infection from a bite. It could also be an STD.

Okay Thank You For the information And I had just found out the swelling had gone down more on the left side but not completely and it has stopped oozing blood but will probably still see the doctor tomarrow morning; The pain has also come back but due to the deswelling but its a pain I can handle and I'm useing some sort of herbal method to help cleanse down there, I'm unsure of the herb but it's to help bring down the inflammatory.
I doubt it to be an STD because my girlfriend and I are rather new to the idea of sex but it couldn't hurt to check.

Okay So I checked with my doctor and it appears he said it was urinary tract infection or UTI, in response he prescribed 100mg of Doxycline Hyclate And 800mg of Ibuprofen For the pain.
Does this seem about right?
