My problem started with white surface on the penis and itching around it. than is cleaned it with the soap for few days than i applied betadin oinment on penis as a small pimple on the penis. after this ends i have RED Rash on hte penis. the same is on exactly beside the opening and other areas on penis and on outer skin even their are few cuts. I had applied Dermet oinment on the same now. M married man.
What this problem is??
