I had irritation inside penis shaft but when I applied Coconut oil it went but the red rashes/lesions is still visible.I use soap daily to clean inside penis but after this red rash has come when I wash after using soap I am feeling little pain.I usually masturbate 3-4 times a week.Shall I check for std.
