Sorry for the long delay in responding.
By now, you have probably seen a doctor and received a medical opinion.
Certainly, if your measurements are accurate, you knew prior to this that you might be a tad under the "normal" statistics in this area.
However, the doctor no doubt told you of the penis' main functions, and that size is not the real issue here.
How you feel about it is one of the major issues.
Even a smaller size penis can accomplish several functions:
It can direct a urine stream...
It can impregnate a woman...
It can give a man pleasure...
It can give a woman pleasure...
If you are concerned about how you stack up, there's a great sticky article/chart at the top of this forum that describes dimensions and measurements, but I don't see how that will help you much.
Your doctor can discuss options with you, if you still care.
