Hi I have discovered about one or two days ago, these black little pepper like specks on my left nipple. Not on the aerola but direct on the nipple. What could that be a sign of? I took tweezers and pulled 3 out within those 2 days. The first time I squeezed it and it looked like blood had came out of my nipple. Could it be sweat glands?
