I need information about indication of physeptone high in treatment of chronic pain. Is it strong analgesic? What is its mode of action? Can I use NSAIDs in combination with physeptone? I heard that some analgesics are habit forming drugs.

Physeptone is strong analgesic, well known as methadone. Methadone is used in the treatment of opioid addiction and withdrawal. Opioid analgesics have risk of respiratory depression. Combining paracetamol or non-steroidals with physeptone decreases the dose of opioid drug and risk of addiction. Oral opioids are effective in treatment of chronic pain and mostly administered by injection.
