I just got over my period today, but I wore a pad last night. This morning when I went to the bathroom, I noticed that I had a bump on my outer lip of my vagina. I have never had a pimple down there, and it hurt to the touch. I took a closer look, and the area where the "pimple" was, was swollen and red. Later on I popped it, put noticed that only blood came out. Is this really a pimple, or could it be something else. I haven't had any sexual intercourse within the past year, and have been tested for STD. I'm thinking that the pad I wore last night could of irritated my skin? I don't know, and I'm starting to get worried. HELP. :-(
