I have a bump near my vagina. It is right before the lips start, towards the back and is sore and a bit painful. I just had a fever too. I was thinking it was a hemoriod because I have them (this many problems don't usually happen to me) but now I think its not because its so near the vagina but not on the lips  or in it and I am confused. In addition, the front part of my vagina is really sore inside. Not the lips or anything but the part right before the vagina even starts and around the pelvis area, nearly right next to my tighs. And I just had a fever because my friend was sick when she was over. 

 

I blame it on walking for hours while sweating too. I was thinking my pelvis area (but again its near the vagina not near my hips) is sore because of the walking and the other problems are due to it too but I have no clue. Please help? Even if its not the exact condition any pointers in the right direction is fine. :( I'm not sexually active btw.
