pimple on penis

Well, there's no question that that's a pimple that's drawn a white head and looks like it's ready to pop.

The question is, where it might have come from. Have you engaged in unprotected sex recently? have you used an oil-based sexual lubricant? for intercourse or for masturbation? Could it be a plugged pore? Or do you have hairs that sprout from the shaft of your penis.... could it be an ingrown hair?

The hand lotion may have plugged the pimple...or, if it's old, it may have supported some bacteria in it... or plugged some bacteria in the pore where it is festering.
