It could be an infected hair. If the girl smelt bad she could of had a yeast infection and it's not good to have sex with a girl who has one.

The fact that you had unprotected sex is not helping you very much, because the chances of contracting sexually transmitted disease are much higher now. How many pimples are there? Can you tell me about the color of pimples and if they have any pus in it? If there is bad small in the partner than my suggestion would be to see a doctor and run some test at the hospital. Do you feel any pain when you urinate? If you notice any discharges coming from the pimples or your penis you must go to hospital as soon as you can and run some test.
