After some reading, I realized that these white hard pimples are natural for my age, but a problem is a while ago I didn't know this and started picking at them (stupid I know), and now on the side of my penis I have a little lump where the skin healed over the picked pimple. While it doesn't grow or anything, or hurt, or look abnormal, it bothers me that I have this bump here, and was wondering if there is a way to remove it.

Also, I woke up today with a huge lump where my scrotum meets my penis, and yesterday I was picking at one of those white pimples at the base of my penis. I am worried right now because it hurts to touch, and it quite large, and don't know what it is. Any clues as to what it is, is it an infection, and how to get rid of it?
