i have a lump on both sides of my scrotum. their not painful, but their very visible. they wont pop. ive had them for a long time now, and wondering if they could be harmful. is there anyway to get rid of these?

Maybe there was a way but you didn’t say much about the lumps. Are they pimple-like bumps on scrotal skin or lumps that arise from testicles inside the scrotum or something third.
If you can’t figure out what they are, you may have them looked by a doctor.
They could be ordinary pimples. If there isn’t any puss, you may want to take it out on the surface by applying warm compresses on the bumps. This should bring the white stuff out.
If they look like that the white stuff was impossible to get out, they could be sebaceous cysts, which are very common for scrotal area. They look similar to pimples but the white stays where it is. They are considered a normal skin variant and are not being removed at all. You may get some more of them, and they may subside as time passes by.
If the lumps look like they’re arising from the testicle, then they are just a normal part of your testicular anatomy, probably just a lump on epididymid tube, a tube that lies on the testicles.
