Hi Im 13yrs old, I feel fat, all of my friends are really skinny. I am about 65kg and i really like this boy but i keep tellng myself that if i dont loose weight he wont ever really like me or notice me. I also feel insacure around all my friends and hate having my pictures taken. I exercise loads,i do swimming, netball, football, badminton, Waterpolo, Basketball and Im in the swim squad at school though I avoid wearing a bikini at any time for obvious reasons. I live in really hot country so it makes it hard for me to run anywhere. Ive tried starving myself but that didnt work and Im struggling to keep up my will power as im not really a big fan of salad which is at the mommet all im eating. Please can you guys suggest some things that have worked for you? I really want to be confident again! I dont really care how long it takes but the faster the better! PencilandPens99 Xx

do the  following  steps

1)  avoid  banana in  eating 

2)  avoid  all  oliy  items in eating 

3) respect  you  elders  

4)  take  more water  in  drinking

go for cardio exercises. these work best to reduce weight.

swimming, cycling and jogging.
