Hello! My name is Corey, and I am fourteen years old. I just had my tonsils removed about five days ago. Last night ( The fourth day ) I spat out a tiny bit of blood. ( A stream of blood about 3/4 of an inch long mixed in with spit ) And I spat that out about four times. All the same amount of blood. I am just wondering if that is a really bad thing, or a do not worry about it thing. I mean, I am not oozing blood, it just kinda apears in my spit occasionally. I am also in great deals of pain. I have lost about thirteen pounds due to not being able to even eat. The doctor gave me acetminohpine/codeine and that i it. It just taste like cough suryp and doesn't really help. My pain is to the point were I cannot even eat a spoonfull of ice cream.

Tonsillectomies are not a stroll in the park, that's to say the least.  They should be used for some type of torture, for as much pain and agony people go through with them.  I don't think I'd be too concerned about the amount of blood that you are having.  That is to be expected.  If it is more like a quarter cup amount or more of blood, I would get a hold of someone.  The pain control is really hard to manage with the tonsillectomy.  You will have to "tough" it out, unfortunately, until time has a chance to heal you.  Someone told me a cough drop inside the cheek helps with the dry mouth and throat.  Just don't suck on it.  I wish you speedy recovery!
